How we are paid
There is no charge or obligation for an initial meeting, the general purpose of which is for us to explain our Terms of Business and for the client to explain their planning objectives and requirements. Thereafter we issue an Engagement Letter confirming our Terms of Business, detailing any principal concerns and the fee(s) applicable. We work on a retained basis with our income being derived from three potential sources: the client retainer, investment fees and commissions paid when products are arranged. We charge a minimum establishment fee of £250 for new clients whilst our retainer and annual investment fees are agreed on an individual basis.
Financial Planning, quarterly retainer fee: £100.00 (min).
Investment fees: Initial 2.00% and 1.00% per annum (max).
If we arrange a financial product, any possible commission is charged against our hourly rate, which is currently £178.00. We may rebate some or all of the commission into the product for the benefit of the client. Commission rebates are negotiated on an individual basis.
